With a glimpse of the target Andy Nunez shot a fireball passed the goalie leaving him no chance to block it that lead to a 4-1 victory for the warriors.

” In order to play well i have to work hard and always try to keep a cool mind,” Andy Nunez said.

With a 2-2 record there is no question that the team would have a better record than they do by the way they been playing. ” No this is not the way we wanted to start the season but its better than being 0-4,” Carlos Perez said.

Once again the warriors dominated the game giving them various of chances to score. ” I feel like it is great and little by little we seem to gain more and more chemistry with each other on the field,” Branddon Cando said. A goal from El Camino Compton put the warriors down 1-0. ” We started off with good momentum until Compton got the goal,” Angel Lomeli said. As expected it didn’t take long for the warriors to tie the game.

El Camino College knew they had to come out strong to start the second half. A early go by Andy Nunez gave the warriors the lead. ” I just wanted to put our team back on track by scoring,” Nunez added. The team looked very confident and comfortable after knowing they had the lead. ” We attacked with different options every player was looking for the open space that created gaps for us to score the goals,” Lomeli added.

The coaches took the same approach to this game making no changes from the previous games.
” We played the same style as the other games and this time we took advantage,” John Britton said.

One area the team will work on is practicing there finishing touch which has gave them problem this season. ” We will have to take advantage in our next game,” Britton added.

The players are looking forward to travel to Los Angeles Harbor College Tuesday at 2:00p.m. ” I am glad we got it done and hopefully we have the same scoring mentality in the next game,” Lomeli said.
